AMPA SUMMITS SALARY SURVEY TO ARLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
Updated On: Feb 12, 2014 The Texas Municipal Police Association at the request of the AMPA Board conducted a Salary Survey. The survey included 14 cities throughout the metoplex. Here are the highlights of the survey:Arlington recruits show to be -2.40% below the average of the departments surveyed. Starting Officers are -3.56% below and topped out Officers are -5.62% below. Complaint filed with Texas Attorney General & CALEA regarding donation of sick time
Updated On: May 22, 2012 A complaint was filed with the Texas Attorney General Office regarding the donation of sick time to the Business Leave Account. The Gov. Code 142.013 (c) states that a police officer may donate not more than two hours for each month of accumulated vacation or compensatory time to the business leave pool.
